Steve Woodley won the race but so did a bee. Steve got stung about 2 1/2

miles into his 9 miler. But, as you can see by his lightning fast time, 54

minutes and 19 seconds, the bee didn't slow him down. After taking a few

weeks off from running following the Hood to Coast Relay, Steve managed a

6:02 per mile pace in this not flat 9 mile run around beautiful Lacamas

Lake.

Also at this run, Tri-Sport donated four items as raffle prizes. It was a

modest crowd however, so no one opted for the very skimpy mens' speedos.
